1. Scope of Services

1.2 Information Products

We offer digital publications, templates, and online courses related to legal practices in software and technology.

1.3 Physical Goods

We supply printed manuals and branded materials to our clients.

2. Refund and Transfer Policy

2.1 IT Legal Services

Cancellations must be requested via contact form. Refunds are processed by the original payment method within 30 days. Partial refunds may apply based on work completed up to the cancellation date. Services classified as final assessment (for example, fixed-scope advice sessions) are not eligible for refund due to the irrevocable nature of delivered work. However, you may reschedule such sessions within 60 days of booking at no extra charge.

2.2 Information Products

Digital products are eligible for a refund within 14 days of download, provided that no more than 20% of the content has been accessed. To request a refund, contact us via contact form. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days via the original payment method. Transfers of information products to other users are not permitted.

2.3 Physical Goods

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item is defective. Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Alternatively, we can provide a replacement item or voucher. Customized goods are not eligible for refund unless they are defective.

3. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms in 2025. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
